Meet your therapist, Jen
"I am larger, better than I thought; I did not know I held so much goodness." - Walt Whitman
Bodywork, to me, is about listening. Every body carries stories—of stress, of love, of survival, of longing. Through touch, those stories can begin to soften. The body remembers what it’s like to rest, to trust, to feel whole again.
My journey started with massage school, where I first learned the language of muscles and release. Over time, I was drawn deeper—into the bones, the nervous system, and the subtle layers of energy that hold so much of who we are. That’s where my work now lives: at the meeting place of structure and spirit.
Whether I’m offering Zero Balancing, massage, or somatic healing, my intention is the same—to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and met with care. Healing doesn’t come from pushing or fixing, but from presence, gentleness, and trust in the wisdom your body already carries.
If you’re longing for a place to land, to breathe, and to reconnect with yourself, you are welcome here.
May you feel safe.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
May you live in peace.
With Warmth,
Jen ❤︎
I offer my heartfelt gratitude to my teachers and mentors along the way that have shown me the strength of gentleness, the value of balance, and the power of savoring the pause.
